Rajasthan High Court:<\/span> While considering a petition filed by the petitioner challenging the award passed by the Labour Court dated 30 August 2021 and to direct the respondent-Board to regularise the petitioner and pay salary and other benefits effective from 1 April 1983, a Single Judge Bench of Pushpendra Singh Bhati, J., refused to grant relief.<\/p>\n

The respondent-Board contended that the petitioner had already been granted all the benefits of regularisation from the date he was actually entitled to such regularisation, that is, from 1 April 1989. If further argued that the Labour Court answered the reference in negative because the petitioner had failed to point out any patent illegality or error in the impugned award.<\/p>\n

Taking into account that the matter pertained to 2004 and that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and also in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Court dismissed that petition at hand.<\/p>\n
