The organisation is seeking individuals who are willing to lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to its academic and legal initiatives.<\/p>\n<h2>Important Note<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This opportunity is not intended for mere CV-building. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are genuinely interested in contributing, creating impact, and growing with the organisation. Law Mantra values ideas, commitment, and leadership over formality. Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in legal research, writing, and organisational work, along with a willingness to take responsibility and contribute actively.<\/p>\n<h2>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Selected candidates will engage in a range of academic and organisational activities. These include writing analytical content on judgments and contemporary legal issues, participating in legal awareness and rights-based initiatives, and assisting in Online Legal Aid Clinics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Additionally, members will contribute to organising national and international seminars and conferences (primarily in virtual mode), work on books, blogs, and academic publications, and actively contribute ideas aimed at expanding Law Mantra&#8217;s reach and impact.<\/p>\n<h2>Editorial &amp; Publication Team (Specialised Role)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">For the Editorial &amp; Publication Team, applicants must have completed an LL.M. and possess a strong command over legal writing and analysis. Candidates should have demonstrable experience through quality publications such as research articles, papers, or books. Prior experience in editing and academic writing will be preferred.<\/p>\n<h2>Who Should Apply<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This opportunity is best suited for law students, researchers, and legal professionals who are ready to actively engage, contribute innovative ideas, and take initiative in a collaborative academic environment. The first stage involves application screening, where the candidate&#8217;s CV and Statement of Purpose (SOP) are evaluated with a focus on intent, ideas, and commitment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">In the second stage, candidates are shortlisted based on their experience, SOP quality, and alignment with Law Mantra&#8217;s vision.
