For over 75 years, SVKM and its institutions have stood tall as a beacon of education and social transformation. It is known for academic excellence, global outlook, and fostering professionalism and social responsibility.<\/p>\n<h2>Pravin Gandhi College of Law (PGCL):<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Established in 2004 and affiliated with the University of Mumbai, PGCL focuses on experiential legal education and nurturing innovative, analytical, and socially responsible legal professionals. This institution aims at giving students exposure to experiential learning in the varied fields of law along with the essence of justice being imparted in its truest sense.<\/p>\n<h2>Moot Court Society (MCS):<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Moot Court Society (MCS) of PGCL believes in its motto: Improvidus, Apto, Quod Victum which translates to Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome. The Moot Court Society works towards enhancing advocacy and drafting skills among students by organizing national and international competitions and promoting mooting culture.<\/p>\n<h2>About the Opportunity<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The 6th PGCL SAARC International Moot Court Competition, 2026 is an international-level virtual moot bringing together participants from across SAARC nations. The competition provides a platform for law students to showcase their advocacy skills, legal research, and drafting abilities. The Competition seeks to address pressing concerns affecting the development of SAARC nations, both individually and collectively, while symbolising unity through strength. It endeavours to uphold the welfare objectives and cooperative principles of SAARC and aims to develop practical, innovative solutions capable of implementation at the ground level. We warmly welcome students from across borders to participate and contribute to this shared vision.<\/p>\n<h2>Mode of the competition:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Virtual (Online)<\/p>\n<h2>Theme:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">War Crimes and Human Rights<\/p>\n<h2>Eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Open to students pursuing a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Law (LLB, BCL, JD or equivalent).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maximum of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">24 teams<\/span> on a first-come-first-serve basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Each institution may send <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">up to 2 teams<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Each team may consist of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3 members<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
