(SAM) acted as legal counsel to Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) on the structuring and documentation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the nature of a master infrastructure sharing agreement with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). The arrangement focuses on the sharing and joint utilisation of deepwater upstream infrastructure and operational resources along India&#8217;s East Coast, particularly in the Krishna Godavari (KG) Basin and Andaman offshore regions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The framework represents a first-of-its-kind large-scale offshore infrastructure sharing collaboration between ONGC and RIL and is aimed at optimising infrastructure deployment and accelerating field development timelines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">SAM&#8217;s transaction team was led by V.R.
