The competition invites students from across institutions to engage in high-quality parliamentary debating and intellectual exchange.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This flagship annual event will be conducted in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Asian Parliamentary (3v3) format<\/span>, bringing together both experienced and novice debaters. The Core Adjudicator Panel this year features distinguished figures from the debating circuit, including Rohan Grover and Yatharth Surana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Scheduled to take place from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">25th to 27th April 2026<\/span> at the NLU Delhi campus in offline mode, the tournament is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">open to all<\/span>, with a dedicated novice category. The novice eligibility is defined as participants with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">no majors break and not more than three open speaker breaks<\/span>, ensuring a level playing field for emerging debaters. Following an Adjudicator Policy of N=N, each team of 3 debaters is required to register additionally with one Adjudicator. Please note that no special experience is required to be an adjudicator.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Registrations for Phase I are currently open and will close on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">13th April 2026<\/span>. Participants are encouraged to register early to secure their spot. The registration fee for this phase is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;600 per participant<\/span>. Please note that <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">accommodation will not be provided<\/span> by the organisers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">With its legacy of competitive excellence and strong adjudication, the Prof. Ghanshyam Memorial Parliamentary Debate continues to be a key platform for aspiring debaters to test their skills and engage with the wider debating
