The Offer comprised of an offer for sale by Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust (the &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Promoter Selling Shareholders<\/span>&#8221;), being two of the promoters of the Company. The Offer was priced at Rs. 395 per Equity Share and also comprised of reservation for the eligible employees of the Company. The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE and NSE on April 2, 2026.
