Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>“) acted as the Indian legal counsel to Powerica Limited (the “Company<\/span>”) on the initial public offer of equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each of the Company (“Equity Shares<\/span>”), aggregating to Rs. 1,100.00 crores (“Offer<\/span>”). The Offer comprised of an offer for sale by Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust (the “Promoter Selling Shareholders<\/span>”), being two of the promoters of the Company. The Offer was priced at Rs. 395 per Equity Share and also comprised of reservation for the eligible employees of the Company. The Equity Shares commenced trading on BSE and NSE on April 2, 2026. We also advised Naresh Oberoi Family Trust and Kabir and Kimaya Family Private Trust in their capacity as the Promoter Selling Shareholders.<\/p>\n

The book running lead managers to the Offer were ICICI Securities Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited<\/span>) and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.<\/p>\n
