This marks the third and final day of the hosting of the event. The event is being hosted under the aegis of the Moot Court Committee at CNLU, under the direction of <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Prof. Dr. Faizan Mustafa<\/span> (the Vice-Chancellor of Chanakya National Law University), and <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Dr. Vijay Kumar Vimal<\/span> (Assistant Professor at CNLU and the Faculty Convenor of the Moot Court Committee), a Committee dedicated to organizing National Moot Court Competitions at CNLU and organizing and allotting esteemed Moot Court Competitions to potential participants within the institution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The event received a total registration from 50+ teams from institutions from across the nation, with 16 teams qualifying for the two preliminary rounds, and 4 further teams qualifying for the semi-final rounds held on 5<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> April.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Based on the results from these rounds, two teams, one of them from National Law University, Delhi and the other team from Five-Year Integrated Law Course, Faculty of Law, Delhi University (DU), went on to participate in the final rounds, out of which, the team comprising of Vani Jain and Krish Nandwani from Five-Year Integrated Law Course, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, emerged to be the winner of the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The distinguished panel of judges included <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) S. Muralidhar<\/span>, Former Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court and Former Judge at the Punjab and Haryana High Courts; <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Ms. Shalini Sati Prasad<\/span>, Partner at J. Sagar Associates (JSA), <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Mr. Ashok P. Wadje<\/span>, Associate Professor of Law and Proctor, Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Aurangabad, <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Mr. Kunal Kapoor<\/span>, Associate Partner at Lakshmikumaran &amp; Sridharan (LKS) Attorneys, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Prof. Dr. Manwendra Kumar Tiwari<\/span>, Professor of Law at Chanakya National Law University.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The proposition was based on the use of Artificially Intelligence systems in the pursuit of the nefarious purpose of aiding child pornography and both the sides simulating the Petitioners and the Respondents, made legally consistent and well-structured arguments and the standard of competition was held to be significantly high. This topic is a contemporarily important topic and is of high foreseeability and relevance in a status quo in which Artificial Intelligence and the cyberspace is only becoming more ubiquitous.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">After the completion of the final rounds of the 4<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> CNLU-Cyber Law National Moot, the valedictory ceremony was held in the evening. The ceremony witnessed a welcome address by <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Prof. Dr. Faizan Mustafa<\/span>, the Vice-Chancellor of CNLU, which highlighted the importance of hosting and conducting discussions on contemporary topics like Cyber Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Chief Guest of the Event, <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice (Retd.) S. Muralidhar<\/span>, also delivered a substantial address on the importance and the quality of the competition that he got to witness in the competition first-hand and appreciated the hospitality accorded to him at CNLU and appreciated the quality of the submissions made by the participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The day marked the end of the 4<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> CNLU-Cyber Law National Moot Court Competition and led to the conclusion of an event well-organized and smoothly and aptly
