The Company is one of the leading data center companies in India offering secure, scalable and enterprise-grade data center services nationwide. The Company specializes in designing, building and operating the largest network of smart, resilient, and sustainable data centers in India across 120+ locations, serving hundreds of customers covering Enterprises, Hyperscalers, Governments, SMEs, OTT, and CDN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction team was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ravindra Bandhakavi<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Partner<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Amarta Roy<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Anandita Kaushik<\/span>,
