(SAM) acted as legal counsel to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) in relation to its joint venture with CEID Consultants &amp; Engineering Private Limited (CEID) for the development of compressed biogas (CBG) plants and biofuel projects in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The joint venture envisages a 50:50 equity participation between IGL and CEID and is aimed at establishing sustainable energy infrastructure in line with India&#8217;s clean energy transition goals. The collaboration is expected to contribute to the development of biofuel capabilities and reduce dependency on conventional fossil fuels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This transaction reflects the growing momentum in India&#8217;s bioenergy sector and highlights the increasing role of strategic partnerships in advancing sustainable infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The SAM transaction team was led by V.R.
