National Highways Infra Trust (“NHIT<\/span>”), a privately listed infrastructure investment trust, sponsored by National Highways Authority of India (“NHAI<\/span>”), has successfully completed the fifth round of fund raising but way of institutional placement of units to eligible investors, for an amount aggregating to ₹ 24,688.08 million and on a preferential basis for an amount aggregating to ₹ 6,172.02 million. The transaction facilitates progress of NHIT in making major contribution to support the National Monetisation Pipeline.<\/p>\n
