About the Competition<\/h2>\n

The Centre for Research on Intellectual Property Rights (CRIPR)<\/span>, Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University, in proud collaboration with the Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST), is honoured to announce the inaugural edition of the National Essay Competition on Intellectual Property Law, 2026.<\/p>\n

The competition aims to encourage critical thinking, research, and academic engagement in the evolving field of Intellectual Property Rights, particularly in the context of sports, technology, and commercialisation. It seeks to provide a platform for undergraduate and postgraduate students across India to explore contemporary issues at the intersection of IP law, sports innovation, branding, and digital transformation.<\/p>\n
