Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>”) advised Goldman Sachs (India) Finance Private Limited (“Broker<\/span>”) on the offer for sale of 26,40,40,829 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (“Equity Shares<\/span>”) of<\/span> Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (“Company<\/span>”), by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, by way of an offer for sale through a separate designated window of the Stock Exchanges on February 24, 2026 , representing 1.71% of the total issued and paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company. The floor price for the offer for sale was set as Rs. 104 per Equity Share. <\/p>\n
