Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>”) acted as the legal counsel for Vivriti Group in relation to its internal restructuring by way of a composite scheme of arrangement under Sections 230<\/a>–232<\/a> of the Companies Act, 2013<\/a> and other applicable regulations (“Scheme<\/span>”) for inter alia<\/span>: (a) the demerger of the NBFC Business of Vivriti Capital Limited (VCL) into Hari and Company Investments Madras Private Limited; (b) the amalgamation of Vivriti Asset Management Private Limited into VCL; and (c) the demerger of the AMC Business of VCL into Vivriti Funds Private Limited.<\/p>\n
