DETAILS OF THE EVENT<\/h2>\n

The School of Law, Galgotias University is pleased to announce the 3rd Smt. Shakuntala Devi International Moot Court Competition<\/span>, the flagship event of its Moot Court Society, following two successful editions. The competition is organized annually with the objective of providing a competitive and intellectually stimulating platform for law students.<\/p>\n

The event aims to promote the development of legal research, advocacy, and courtroom skills through simulated court proceedings. It seeks to foster practical legal education while encouraging participants to engage deeply with complex legal issues.<\/p>\n

The competition brings together students from diverse institutions, both nationally and internationally, to engage in rigorous legal argumentation and the practical application of law, thereby nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/h2>\n

The competition is open for students who are studying an LLB three-year or five years integrated course during the current academic year.<\/p>\n

LOCATION<\/h2>\n

Galgotias University, Plot No. 2, Yamuna Expy, opposite Buddha International Circuit, Sector 17A, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 203201<\/p>\n

FEE DETAILS<\/h2>\n

All the teams registering are expected to make a single final payment in either of the following ways:<\/p>\n

I. Registration Fees- ₹1500\/- (Including GST) (per Team)<\/span><\/h2>\n

II. Accommodation Fees- ₹6,000\/- (Including GST) (Per Team)<\/span><\/h2>\n

NOTE: Additional Accommodation Fees apply only to the teams qualifying for Quarter-Final Rounds.<\/h2>\n

All information regarding the mode of payment and the account details has been provided in the official Rulebook of the competition attached herewith. The registration fee is inclusive<\/span> of any and all GST charges. Kindly also find attached the Moot Proposition for the competition. <\/p>\n

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE<\/h2>\n

Teams willing to participate in the “Smt. Shakuntala Devi 3rd<\/span> International Moot Court Competition, 2026” are required to register by duly submitting a Google form on or before 26th March 2026, 11:59 PM IST.<\/p>\n
