    Kolhapuri Leather Craft (Preservation and Livelihood Security) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for the promotion, development, preservation, and protection of the Kolhapuri leather craft and for securing the livelihood of registered artisans engaged in such craft.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Digital Networking Platforms (Accountability and User Protection) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for accountability, transparency and due diligence obligations of Digital Networking Platforms; to protect users’ rights; to prevent misuse of digital networking services for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Urban Areas (Development and Regulation) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to establish an Urban Areas (Development and Regulation) Committee to ensure regulation and development of urban areas in the country.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Silver Economy (Growth and Empowerment) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for the promotion, growth and empowerment of the silver economy in the country by recognizing senior citizens as active contributors to economic productivity, innovation and social capital; to establish institutional mechanisms for employment, entrepreneurship and mentorship by senior citizens; to promote age-ready infrastructure and age- tech innovation for senior citizens.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Asset Tokenization (Regulation) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for the legal recognition, regulation and supervision of asset tokenization in the country; to lay down a statutory framework for the issuance, trading, custody and settlement of tokenized real-world assets; to ensure investor protection, market integrity and financial stability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Indian Diaspora and Migrant Workers (Protection and Welfare) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for protection to Indian diaspora and migrant workers who are in distress in a foreign country from crimes including recruitment fraud, organ trade and trafficking; and to ensure legal aid and welfare services to them.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Anti-Racism and Equality Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for measures to address the pervasive issues of racial discrimination and racial harassment in the country, to uphold the constitutional guarantees of equality enshrined in the Constitution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    National Commission for De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for the constitution of a National Commission for De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes to safeguard their rights, inquire into violations, address historical injustice, ensure socio-economic development and dignity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    National Commission for the Entitlements and Welfare of Women Farmers Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for the establishment of a National Commission for the protection of the rights, entitlements and welfare of women farmers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Central Nursing University Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to establish and incorporate a Central Nursing University at Kannur in the State of Kerala to promote nursing education, training, research and leadership development, committed to the highest standards of academic rigour, professional ethics and social responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Free Education (Secondary to Undergraduate Level) Bill, 2026<\/a>:<\/p>\n

    Main Objective:<\/span> to provide for free education to all children from the ninth class up to the completion of Undergraduate Degree, in order to secure substantive equality, eliminate structural barriers to higher learning; and fulfil the constitutional mandate of social, economic and educational justice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
