Sagar Associates:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Gerald (Jerry) Manoharan, Equity Partner:<\/span> A versatile legal expert with over 23 years of experience, recognized as a &#8220;Key Lawyer&#8221; by Legal 500 and a leading voice on workforce restructuring and POSH compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Lijin Varughese, Associate:<\/span> A specialist in the Employment, Labour &amp; Benefits practice, known for his expertise in navigating the New Labour Codes and advising on high-stakes M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>COURSE OUTLINE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Day 1:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Session I: Constitutional Foundations &amp; Statutory Labour Codes &#8212; examining the four Labour Codes (2019-2020) and their constitutional basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">Session II: Digital Transformation &amp; Contractual Frameworks &#8212; analysing AI in recruitment, workplace surveillance, and restrictive covenants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Day 2:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\">Session III: Impact of New Labour Codes &#8212; evaluating the shift from a worker-centric to a compliance-centric approach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">Session IV: Ancillary Labour Frameworks &#8212; focusing on the Shops and Establishments Acts and the Apprentices Act.<\/p>\n<h3>ELIGIBILITY AND SELECTION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The course is open to law students currently in their <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">second year or above<\/span> of a B.A. LL.B.
