It is a double blind, peer-reviewed academic law journal, published biannually by the students of the University. The Law Review aims to promote a culture of scholarly research and academic writing by bringing to the forefront, articles on subjects of interest to the legal profession and academia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">NLIU Law Review is now accepting submissions of manuscripts for publication in Volume XV Issue II of the Journal.<\/p>\n<h3>THEME<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The NLIU Law Review does not restrict itself to any particular area of law and welcomes contributions from all branches of law, as long as the work is relevant, up to date and original.<\/p>\n<h3>TYPES OF SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED BY THE NLIU LAW REVIEW<\/h3>\n<p>Manuscripts on any topic of contemporary legal relevance meeting the below-mentioned criteria:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Articles: 4,000-10,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Case Notes: 2,000-5,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legislative Comments: 1,000-3,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Book Reviews: 1,000-3,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: italic; margin-bottom: 3%;\">The word limit is exclusive of the abstract and the footnotes.<\/p>\n<h3>SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be co-authored by more than two persons. Authors are permitted to send only one submission per author or a team of co-authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manuscripts must include an abstract of 250-300 words. The abstract must highlight the structure and the essence of the manuscript.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nliulawreview.nliu.ac.in\/submission-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\">Submission Guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>All the submissions must comply with our <a href=\"https:\/\/nliulawreview.nliu.ac.in\/elementor-4438\/\" target=\"_blank\">Copyright and Open Access Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manuscripts not in conformity with the <a href=\"https:\/\/nliulawreview.nliu.ac.in\/submission-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\">Submission Guidelines<\/a> may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to send the manuscripts back to the authors for any modification(s) at any stage, in the event of non-conformity with any of the submission guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Editorial Board may, in its absolute discretion, waive any of the above rules or amend the process. In case of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of the Editorial Board shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HOW TO SUBMIT?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All the submissions are to be made only through the google form available <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/jfBbVThc3qqWxyw88\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> on or before <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">23:59 hours<\/span> on <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">March 10, 2026<\/span>.
