MCS organizes and oversees mooting activities, upholding NMIMS&#8217;s high standards while providing a platform for students to enhance their advocacy skills and legal knowledge, along with professionalism and ethics.<\/p>\n<h2>Details about the Event<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">st<\/span> NMIMS Bengaluru Moot Court Competition, 2026<\/span>, is one of the very few moot court competitions in India exclusively dedicated to the intersection <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Personality Rights, Constitutional Rights, and Intellectual Property Law<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2>Competition Structure<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition and Eligibility<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p style=\"color: #212121;\">Each team may comprise a minimum of two (2) members and a maximum of three (3) members. In case of a two-member team, one of the speakers will be required to undertake the Researcher&#8217;s Test.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Institutions are required to complete provisional registration at the earliest.
