This can be traced to Sri Krishna&#8217;s discourse with Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita. The quote, in the larger context of the Gita, urges man to acquire equanimity because a mind of equanimity allows a man to shed distracting thoughts of the effects of his deeds and concentrate on the task before him. Equanimity is the source of perfection in Karmic endeavours that leads to Salvation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Institute started its journey in 1951. It presently offers multidisciplinary research and education. It has schools\/departments\/centres in various fields beyond technology. It is one of India&#8217;s prestigious academic establishments. format.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Name the file with the corresponding author&#8217;s last name and the type of submission (e.g., Smith_ResearchPaper.docx).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Include full names, affiliations, and contact details of corresponding author and co-authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Submissions with more than three authors will not be considered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Length: 300
