ChrysCapital emerged as the preferred investor in the bid process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">CAM advised Nash Industries and the Wadhwas on consolidation and restructuring of its business, assisted during the pre-bid and bid stages, and provided due diligence, transaction and documentation assistance and regulatory advisory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The team was led by Siddharth Hariani, and Bhargav Joshi, Partners; with support from Vaishnavi Eshwar, Principal Associate; Piyush Langade, Senior Associate; Shubham Shanu, Rishika Raghuwanshi, Saumya Sharma, and Alena
