Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>“) is acting as principal counsel to MPS Limited, a public limited company listed on Indian stock exchange and its subsidiary, MPS North America LLC (the “Purchaser<\/span>“), in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Unbound Medicine, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a stock purchase agreement executed among the Company, the Purchaser, William M. Detmer, and certain stockholders of the Company, for an aggregate consideration of USD16,500,000, subject to customary adjustments. The Company is engaged in the business of healthcare and medical information technology.<\/p>\n
