Category with \u20b918,000 Wage ceiling for Supervisors"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">On 30-1-2026, the Ministry of Labour and Employment notified that the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">wage ceiling for a person employed in a supervisory capacity will be<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;18,000<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">per month<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Thus, any person working in a supervisory role and drawing wages <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">exceeding &#8377;18,000 per month<\/span> shall be <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">excluded<\/span> from the definition of &#8220;worker&#8221;
