The University offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes and is known for its strong focus on experiential learning, research excellence, and advocacy skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The competition is organised by the Moot Court Committee (MCC), MNLU Nagpur, which has successfully conducted four editions of the National Technology Law Moot and other prestigious moot court events, reflecting its commitment to advocacy and academic excellence.<\/p>\n<h2>Details About the Event<\/h2>\n<p>The 5th National Technology Law Moot, 2026 is one of the very few moot court competitions in India exclusively dedicated to Technology Law. The competition follows a two-stage format:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Stage 1:<\/span> Memorial Evaluation Round<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Stage 2:<\/span> Offline Oral Rounds at the MNLU Nagpur campus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The top <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">20 teams<\/span> qualify for the oral rounds based on memorial scores. Participants argue contemporary legal issues at the intersection of law, technology, and policy before eminent academicians, practitioners, and industry experts.<\/p>\n<h2>Eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">One team per university (maximum two provisional
