It serves a wide category of enterprise clients including horizontal and non-horizontal e-commerce, quick commerce, food marketplace, and on-demand mobility companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The book running lead managers of this deal were ICICI Securities Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, and JM Financial Limited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction team who advised the Company included <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Manshoor Nazki<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner (Regional Co-Head &#8211; Capital Markets
