The underwriters included Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, and Avendus capital Private Limited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The IPO aggregating to &#8377; 17,866.19 million comprised a fresh issue of &#8377; 8,160.00 million along with an offer for sale aggregating to &#8377; 9,726.19 million by the selling shareholders including PI Opportunities Fund-I, Norwest Venture Partners X &#8212;Mauritius, PI Opportunities Fund-II, Accel India VI (Mauritius) Ltd., Trudy Holdings, AVP I Fund, Accel Growth VI Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd, Prem Gupta, Rahul Garg, Rajesh Ramaiah, Rajat Garg, and Kollengode Ramanathan Lakshminarayana (the &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Offer<\/span>&#8221;). The equity shares of the Company were listed on the stock exchanges on January 21, 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction team who advised the Company included <span
