The Centre&#8217;s ultimate goal is to ensure social justice, human rights, and enhanced quality of life for all the children and women in India, with a particular emphasis on equitable quality education, care, protection, and justice for marginalised and neglected women and children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Centre has collaborated with leading organisations like the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), National Commission for Women (NCW), and Indus Action, among others; to carry out research studies, field investigations, workshops, etc. Under the Centre&#8217;s guidance and supervision, our students are actively engaged in research on Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0001552932\" target=\"_blank\">12(1)(c)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002767705\" target=\"_blank\">Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009<\/a>; NITI Aayog&#8217;s Project SATH-E, and Surrogacy Laws in South Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">As part of our <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">March For Women 2.0<\/span> initiative, dedicated to advancing gender justice, we are delighted to invite you to our <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">14-day Certificate Course on &#8216;Women at Work: Aligning Gender Justice and Economic Freedom&#8217;<\/span> from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">10th to 26th February 2026<\/span>.
