With speakers and attendees from diverse jurisdictions, this Conclave will inspire a collaborative approach to addressing key challenges in insolvency and restructuring. By uniting thought leaders in restructuring and insolvency, the Conclave aims to foster knowledge sharing and establish a cohesive understanding of best practices, supporting the development of a resilient and adaptable insolvency ecosystem in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">As India insolvency ecosystem continues to evolve and mature, the Conclave will focus on the evolution, implementation, and practical application of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (\u201cIBC\u201d), with a strong emphasis on contemporary restructuring and insolvency practices.<\/p>\n<p>The Conclave will bring together senior regulators, judges, policymakers, insolvency professionals, academicians, investors, lenders, legal advisors, and leading domestic and international practitioners
