Triton has sold its majority shareholding in the Target Companies to Apollo-managed funds. As part of the transaction, Triton also indirectly sold its shareholding in Kelvion India Private Limited (“Kelvion India<\/span>”). Triton will maintain a minority interest in Kelvion.<\/p>\n
