Rohan<\/span> Singh<\/span> has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Corporate Practice. He will be based in Mumbai office.<\/p>\n

Rohan has over 14 years of experience in private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, cross-border investments and general corporate matters. He has worked with leading domestic and foreign corporations, private equity investors and financial sponsors in a range of industry sectors, including financial services, information technology, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, real estate (information technology parks and education infrastructure), and manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Welcoming him, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas<\/span> said, “I am delighted to welcome Rohan back to the Firm as a Partner. With his addition to our corporate practice, we continue to strengthen our capabilities to serve our clients.”<\/span><\/p>\n
