Doreswamy, with a vision of establishing a global law school. The institution is also guided and mentored by several legal luminaries like Justice M.N Venkatachaliah, former Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Faculty of Law offers BBA LL.B (Hons.) and BA LL.B (Hons.) five-year integrated programs,three-year LL.B (Hons.) and one year LL.M programs. Our curriculum includes specializations in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, and Criminal Law. Recognising the glory and responsibility associated with the legal profession, we have fine-tuned the nuances of legal education to meet the demands of the modern era. These include the Moot Court Society, Legal Services Committee, Center for Advanced Criminal Law, Corporate Law Committee, Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the Center for Intellectual Property Rights, Center for Policy Research and Drafting among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">In line with our commitment to social responsibility, we have adopted five villages where our Legal Services Clinics provide essential legal assistance to underserved communities, allowing our students to contribute meaningfully to society.<\/p>\n<h3>PESU NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2026<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The National Moot Court Competition 2026, organized by the Faculty of law, PES University in collaboration with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Fox Mandal Solicitors &amp; Advocates<\/span>, India&#8217;s leading law firm<\/span><span style=\"Open Sans&quot;; background-color: #ffffff; color: #171617;\"><\/span> along with India&#8217;s most prominent legal research database providers, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SCC Online and SCC Times, as the Knowledge &amp; Media Partners<\/span>, is a national-level competition that provides an exceptional platform for law students to showcase their advocacy skills on the aspects of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Constitutional Law and Criminal laws<\/span>. The event is designed to simulate real courtroom proceedings, allowing participants to argue complex legal issues in front of experienced judges.
