NLUJAA promotes and provides modern legal education and research facilities to its students, scholars, and faculty drawn from across the country, including the North-East, representing diverse socio-economic, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.<\/p>\n<h3>ABOUT THE MOOT<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Vox Anatolis, or <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8220;The Voice of the East&#8221;<\/span>, organised by NLUJAA, uniquely focuses on legal issues pertinent to Northeast India. The subject matter of the competition is dedicated to drawing attention to the rich and complex issues of the Northeast, ensuring that the region&#8217;s unique perspectives are represented in broader legal discourse. By concentrating on pressing legal questions specific to this part of India, the competition not only fills a significant gap in the moot court circuit but also provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity to engage with matters of critical regional importance.<\/p>\n<h3>THE MOOT PROPOSITION<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The theme of the 5th Vox Anatolis Moot Court Competition<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">, 2026<\/span>, is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Inter-State Water Dispute<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Students duly enrolled in and pursuing a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme<\/span> are eligible to participate.<\/p>\n<h3>IMPORTANT DATES<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Release of the Moot Proposition, Rulebook, and Brochure:<\/span> 15th January, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Deadline for Registration:<\/span> 22nd February, 2026 (11:59 PM IST).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Deadline for Seeking Clarifications:<\/span> 10th February, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Release of Clarifications:<\/span> 12th February, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission of Memorials:<\/span> 25th February, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Declaration of Memorial Qualifier Results:<\/span> 5th March, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Oral Rounds:<\/span> 13th to 15th March, 2026<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>REGISTRATION PROCESS<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #202124;\">Teams wishing to participate in the competition are required to register through the following link:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/yTDNTfJQpXRLSRyz8\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline; text-underline-style: solid; text-underline-mode: continuous; text-underline-color: #1155cc; color: #1155cc;\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/yTDNTfJQpXRLSRyz8<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The competition will consist of a memorial evaluation round, following which <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">32 teams<\/span> will advance to the online oral rounds.
