Centre for Regulatory Studies is a pioneering institution established to address a critical national need: building robust regulatory capacity for a modern market economy. The Centre was established through the visionary leadership of Dr. M.S. Sahoo, the eminent former Chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). His foundational work established the Centre as a cornerstone for regulatory scholarship in India. Introduction<\/p>\n

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Submissions must be unpublished and original works of the author(s).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The length of submissions shall be between 4,000 and 10,000 words (exclusive of abstract and footnotes).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Each submission must be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 500 words, briefly outlining the idea, structure, and key conclusions of the paper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Authors must ensure that all relevant sources are hyperlinked; wherever an online source is unavailable, the citation must be provided through footnotes. All footnotes must conform to the OSCOLA (4th Edition) referencing style.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Submissions must be made in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Any submission with a similarity score of 15% or above shall be summarily rejected, unless the author provides cogent reasons explaining the same.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Manuscripts must not contain any metadata or identifying information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
