On 8-1-2026, 2 Judicial Officers, namely- Ramesh Chander Dimri<\/span> and Neerja Kulwant Kalson<\/span>, were sworn in as Additional Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court. They were administered oath of office by Justice Sheel Nagu, Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court.<\/p>\n

On 2-1-2026, the President of India, in exercise of powers under Article 224(1)<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a>, appointed<\/span><\/a> the Judicial Officers as Additional Judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court for a period of 2 years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.<\/p>\n

The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 16-12-2025 had approved the proposal for their appointment as Judges of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
