NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is delighted to announce the 5th Edition of Trilegal’s NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2026.<\/span> This edition of the much-awaited moot will be held from 12th<\/span> to 14th<\/span> March 2026.<\/span> The moot is the largest Antitrust Moot in India, providing a golden opportunity for all participants to contribute to the development of research and dialogue on emerging issues in competition law.<\/p>\n

This edition of the moot is being organized with the collaboration and support of Trilegal<\/span>, one of India’s most prominent law firms and the eminent Competition Commission of India<\/span>, along with India’s most prominent legal research database providers, SCC Online<\/span> and SCC Times<\/span>, as the Knowledge & Media Partners.<\/p>\n

Eligibility:<\/h3>\n

    The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses (3 years\/5 years) or LL.M. Postgraduate Degree Courses in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Applications from Open \/ Cross-Institutional \/ Mixed Teams are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    There is no limit on the number of teams applying from one institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Interested participants are allowed to participate independently of their institutional identity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Teams of 2 (speakers) or 3 (2 speakers and 1 researcher) are welcome to register.<\/p>\n

    All teams registering for the competition must pay a registration fee of INR 8000<\/span> per team before the deadline. This fee and its inclusions will be notified in due course. No separate fee will be levied later.<\/p>\n
