Industrial Relations (Central) Rules, 2025<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The draft <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Industrial Relations (Central) Rules, 2025<\/span> are issued under the provisions of Section 99 of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Industrial Relations Code, 2020<\/span> (IR Code). The objections and suggestions of these Rules are invited before 29-1-2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Points:<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Rule 2 clarifies the term &#8216;electronically&#8217; as any information communicated through email\/ designated portal\/ digital payment. It clarifies the scope of the terms &#8216;Code&#8217; and &#8216;Form&#8217; and adopt meanings from the Code.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Settlements of industrial disputes will be recorded in Form I, signed by authorized representatives of employers and trade unions or workers. The objections and suggestions of these Rules are invited before 13-2-2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Points:<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Rule 2 defines key terms under the rules of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Code on Social Security, 2020<\/span>, such as &#8220;agency,&#8221; &#8220;appeal,&#8221; &#8220;appellate authority,&#8221; &#8220;assessing officer,&#8221; and others.
