The Insolvency Law Academy (ILA) is hosting the 4th<\/span> Annual Conference from 24 — 26 January 2026 at the sprawling cinematic complex, Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, Telangana (ILA 2026 Conference). The theme of the 2026 Conference is Insolvency Law and Policy: Geopolitics and India’s Journey To 2047. Over the period of three years, the ILA Annual Conference has emerged as a distinguished forum in the insolvency sector, fostering thought leadership, policy dialogue, professional exchange, and drawing wide recognition and participation.<\/p>\n

Building upon the success of its previous editions, the Hyderabad conference seeks to hold a vibrant dialogue among academia, practitioners, regulators, and the judiciary on the insolvency and relates issues emerging from the geo-political developments. The discussions aim to support India’s aspiration of becoming a developed nation by 2047, while positioning insolvency law as a foundational pillar of the country’s economic aspirations to become the third largest economy in the near future. A distinguished panel of speakers comprising judges, leading insolvency professionals, academics, and policymakers will share their insights at the Conference.<\/p>\n
