On 16-12-2025, the Gujarat Government notified the Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025<\/span>, which raises the applicability threshold, permits women to work at night with safety safeguards, and increases the permissible overtime limit per quarter.<\/p>\n
