The course is designed as a cross-disciplinary, cohort-based learning experience, focusing on both the legal framework and public policy, compliance, and governance perspectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">IIT Kharagpur (1951) is the first IIT and an Institute of National Importance, boasting a strong interdisciplinary ecosystem that spans science, technology, management, law, and humanities. The Institute is widely recognized for its academic excellence and cutting-edge research, and has been conferred the status of an &#8220;Institute of Eminence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>About RGSoIPL<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Established in 2006, RGSoIPL is the first and only law school within the IIT system. It provides comprehensive legal education across core areas of law, offering the LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D. programs, which prepare students for careers in academia, legal practice, public service, and the judiciary.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Centre of Excellence in Public Policy, Law &amp; Governance (CoEPPLG)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Drawing on IIT Kharagpur&#8217;s legacy as an Institution of National Importance, the Centre works at the intersection of law, policy, and governance to respond to contemporary public challenges.
