All establishments will receive portal-generated certificates, which will be prominently displayed, marking a complete shift to digital compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Section 6<\/span> is modified, mandating every establishment or registered employer to apply on the portal within <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">30 days<\/span> of applicability, with prescribed fee and details:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>\n<p>Name of employer, manager, and persons holding management positions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Postal address and date of starting business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Name of the establishment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Category of establishment (shop, commercial establishment, hotel, restaurant, theatre, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Any other particulars required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Upon submission and payment of the registration fee of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;2,500<\/span>, the portal automatically issues the registration certificate. This certificate must be displayed prominently at the establishment&#8217;s premises.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Employers are required to update any changes in establishment details on the portal <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">within 7 days<\/span>, as per <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Section 8<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In the event of closure, the information should be updated within <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">10 days<\/span>, after which the portal will automatically cancel the registration certificate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>This Act amends <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Section 41<\/span> to empower inspectors to inspect places assigned through the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Central Inspection System<\/span>.
