The Offer comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to Rs 42,500 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by selling shareholders aggregating to Rs. 11,712.04 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Offer opened on December 3, 2025 and closed on December 5, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">CAM represented 13 Selling Shareholders including Elevation Capital, Peak Investments, Venture Highway, Y Combinator, Shunwei Capital, Gemini Investments, Sarin Family India LLC, Crimsn Holdings, Titan Patriot Fund, Man Hay Tam, Rahul Garg and the Promoters, Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Kumar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was led by Yash J. Ashar, Senior Partner; Gayathri Ramachandran, Partner; with the assistance from Megha Rajesh, Associate; and Maria Palamattom, Associate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">The firm advised prominent investors such as Elevation Capital, Peak Investments, Venture Highway, and Y Combinator.
