Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM<\/span>”) advised AION Investments Private Limited (“AION<\/span>”), a special purpose vehicle of a fund managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., on the sale of its entire stake held in Planetcast Media Services Limited (“Planetcast<\/span>”) to Arugn Technologies Private Limited.<\/p>\n

The transaction involved AION’s complete exit from Planetcast and its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
