The Centre aims to further its objective of bridging the gap between the theory and practice of corporate law. It is established to promote comparative research and discussion in the field of corporate law. It focuses on analyzing current policy approaches in various areas of corporate laws such as corporate governance, insolvency law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, etc. It plans to streamline the process of learning through academic courses, programs, and publications. It also focuses on identifying the gaps existing between industry and academia by effective joint research. The Centre follows a multi-disciplinary approach to recognizing problems in the field of corporate laws and endeavours to engage in dialogue to facilitate changes in it. Blogs based on the broad theme are invited.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission Guidelines:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>All submissions must be in Garamond, font size 12, line spacing 1.5.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Margins: Left 1.5 Inch and Right 1 Inch, Top 1 Inch and Bottom 1 Inch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Citations must be hyperlinked within the document and the portion being referenced. The Board reserves the right to add (additional) links to sources relevant to the matters referred to in a post.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submissions should be a minimum of 1000 words and must not exceed 1500 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The co-authorship shall be limited to a maximum of two authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The manuscript should not contain the name of the author(s) or his\/ her institutional affiliation or any other identification mark.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The author(s) bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of facts, opinions or views stated in the submitted Manuscript.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism by the Editorial Board, and infringing, offensive, AI-generated, or plagiarized submissions will be rejected. A similarity index of 20% and an AI generation index of 5% will be strictly adhered to for all submissions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All manuscripts must be submitted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/dpCDrAq7GUkyMN8K8\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Form<\/span><\/a>.
