The Bar Council of India<\/span> issued notification regarding the 23rd<\/span> Bar Council of India Qualifying Examination for Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degrees exam<\/span> from 15th<\/span> to 20th<\/span> December, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the premises of the Bar Council of India at 21, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New Delhi- 110002.<\/p>\n

All you need to know:<\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    There will be 6 physical papers of 3 hours each.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Each paper will be 100 marks and passing marks will be 45 out of 100.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    This examination gives an opportunity of re-examination to all those candidates who have previously appeared for this examination and have 1 or 2 or more subject papers to clear.<\/p>\n

    These candidates will have to appear for only those papers in which they are required to pass.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    No bare acts and books, including question answer guides, notes etc. Will be allowed for the following exams:<\/p>\n
