Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Limited (“MEIL<\/span>“) and its subsidiary MEIL Energy Private Limited on acquisition of 100% shares of TAQA Neyveli Power Company Limited, which owns and operates a 250 MW lignite fired thermal power project in Tamil Nadu from The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, PJSC (TAQA) and its affiliates.<\/p>\n
