The Scheme shall remain open for six months, from 1-11-2025 to 30-4-2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Takeaways:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>All establishments, whether currently covered under EPF or not, can declare employees engaged between <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1-7-2017 and 31-10-2025<\/span>, using the special window provided under the scheme to regularize past compliance under the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002796571\" target=\"_blank\">Employees&#8217; Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The employee&#8217;s share of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">EPF contributions<\/span> is waived for the declared period if it was not previously deducted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Employers are required to remit only their share of contributions, along with interest (under Section 7Q), administrative charges, and a nominal penalty of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;100<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A flat penalty of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;100 per establishment<\/span> will be considered full compliance across all 3 EPF schemes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Establishments currently under inquiry, under <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Section 7A, Para 26B, or Para 8 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002856938\" target=\"_blank\">Employees&#8217; Pension Scheme, 1995<\/a><\/span>, are still eligible to participate, with damages notionally capped at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8377;100<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>EPFO will not initiate any <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">suo motu<\/span> compliance action for past omissions covered under this scheme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The scheme supports the national objective of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8216;Social Security for All&#8217;<\/span> by
