The provisions came into force on 31-10-2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Amendment:<\/h3>\n<p>Regulation 15 relating to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">&#8220;Medical facility&#8221;<\/span> has been revised:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Earlier<\/span>, the employees were entitled to medical facilities that were specified under the Second Schedule of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink\/Vct62Xte\" target=\"_blank\">Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020<\/a><\/span> under the heads:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p>Outdoor Medical expenses;
