(SAM) acted as the legal advisor to Shoden Developers Private Limited (part of the House of Hiranandani Group) in relation to its acquisition of property at Andheri, Mumbai.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">As part of this transaction, SAM advised on all legal aspects, including conducting title due diligence of the property and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents.
