Morgan India, Morgan Stanley India, Axis Capital and Citigroup Global Markets India on filing the UDRHP-I for the proposed Initial Public Offering of Meesho Limited. The issue comprises a fresh issue of INR 42,500 million and an offer for sale by certain shareholders, including Peak XV Partners, Elevation Capital, Y Combinator Continuity and South Park Commons.<\/p>\n
