The Journal is an annual, double blind peer-reviewed journal published online, having a print copy, focusing on inter-disciplinary approaches in the area of national and international contemporary legal issues.<\/p>\n<h3>Call for Papers<\/h3>\n<p>MNLU Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is inviting submissions for Volume IV, of MNLU-CS Student Law Review. The Student Editorial Board is pleased to invite submissions from:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Research Scholars; and<\/p>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Students from any Recognized University.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Submission Categories<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\">The categories of submissions are broadly divided into Research Articles, Notes\/Comments, Case\/Legislative Comments, and Book\/Article Reviews. The journal aims at promoting research and debate.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Research Articles: 4,000-8,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Case Comments: 2,500-5,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Book Review: 1,500-3,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legislative Comments: 2,000-4,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Short Articles or Notes: 2,000-4,000 words<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Theme<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Any Contemporary Legal Issue.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission Guidelines<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Research papers, notes and comments must be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submission must be submitted through this link.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submission should be the original and unpublished work of the author and should not be simultaneously considered by any other publications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Submission must conform to the Bluebook: Uniform System of Citation, 20th Edition and MNLU-CS Style Sheet which can be accessed here.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Submission will go through a double-blind peer review and acceptance will be subject to the report of the peer review team.
