The King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Decree (63) of 2025 appointing members of the Dispute Resolution Panels of the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC). The list appointees include former Additional Solicitor General Dr Pinky Anand<\/span>1<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dr Pinky Anand is a noted Senior Advocate and a titan of the Indian legal scene. She is known for her extensive legal experience in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Environmental Law. Dr Anand represented the country in various national and international fora including BRICS. She is a founding member of BRICS Legal Forum.<\/p>\n

A graduate of Harvard Law School and Inlaks scholar, Dr Pinky Anand is an Honorary Professor of Amity Law School. She has been awarded the French National Order of Merit by President of the French Republic.<\/p>\n

The Royal Decree also stated the following names who were appointed as Members along with Dr Pinki Anand:<\/p>\n
